Bombay HC okays cut in VSNL premium account

Mumbai , May 26

THE reduction in the securities premium account of Videsh Sanchar Nigam Ltd by Rs 956 crore has been approved by the High Court of Mumbai, the company said in a notice to the stock exchanges today.

The company had sought and acquired shareholder approval for the same at its last AGM.
