SRF Polymers to sell undertaking to SRF Ltd

Mumbai , May 27

SRF Polymers Ltd has informed Bombay Stock Exchange that it hasdecided to sell a polyester films business undertaking on a slump sale basis to SRF Ltd for a consideration of Rs 50 crore.

At a meeting held on Tuesday, the board recommended a dividend of 5 per cent.
