ARVIND Brands Ltd has announced the appointment of three new vice-presidents in its core management team.

The new vice-presidents are Mr R. S. Krishnan, Mr Hari Krishna and Mr Ravi Prabhakar who will look after the sales, human resources and operations respectively and will be based out of the company's headquarters in Bangalore.

Mr Krishnan moves from Bharti, while Hari Krishna joins from Britannia where he headed HR functions of that company.
