Alok Industries plans FCCB issue

MUMBAI: Alok Industries Ltd has informed the BSE that the company proposes to make an international offering of unsecured foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs) convertible into equity shares.

The offering is based on the approval obtained from the shareholders under Section 81 (1A) of the Companies Act, 1956, for the issue of equity / equity linked instruments of up to $ 50 million passed at the EGM held on March 29.
