Photo-Me exits jt venture

MUMBAI: Photo-Me International Ltd has sold its holdings in Godrej Photo-Me, a joint venture between Photo-Me and Godrej Industries Ltd, to the latter.

The joint venture was set up in 1993 for entering into photo-booth/photographic business in India.

"Photo-Me has sold its holdings in the joint venture company to Godrej and consequently, in terms of the agreement, the joint venture has been terminated with effect from May 21, 2004," Godrej Industries has informed the BSE.
