Bangalore , May 30 COUNTRY Club, which shifted its head quarters to Bangalore sometime ago, has acquired Sun Valley, an existing club owned by Vijayanagar Resorts and would be revamping it for a re-launch soon. Sun Valley will carry the tag Country Club Sun Valley to derive the advantage of the brand value of both the establishments. Announcing the acquisition of Sun Valley, Mr Y. Rajeev Reddy, Chairman, Country Club of India (India) Ltd (CCIL), said his company would be investing about Rs 5 crore to revamp Sun Valley. CCIL spent Rs 1 crore towards the acquisition.
