Rajasthan Spinning members okay preferential issue

RAJASTHAN Spinning and Weaving Mills Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the shareholders have approved a preferential issue of 20.35 lakh equity shares of Rs 10, each fully paid-up to be issued for cash at a premium of Rs 33 per share, aggregating Rs 43 per equity share to promoters, directors and "persons acting in concert".

These include associates, relatives and friends of the promoters and directors of the company. The decision was taken at the meeting of the shareholders held on Saturday, the company informed the exchange.
