Irrational exuberance

Irrational exuberance is not confined only to the market and it appears to be infectious going by the Left parties' reactions post verdict 2004.

A report in Business Line mentioned China naming a street in honour of the founder of an Indian company which has set up a factory there.

India's Left parties should re- orient themselves on public governance and financial management ala China.
