MUMBAI: Rajasthan Spinning & Weaving Mills Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that pursuant to the approval of the members of the company at its EGM held on May 29, to issue equity shares on preferential basis, a board meeting is scheduled to be held on June 11, to allot equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a premium of Rs 33 per share to promoters, directors, associates, relatives and friends.
