ICFAI sets up business school in Kochi

Kochi , June 5

THE Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI) has set up its ICFAI Business School (IBS) in Kochi, which will be a part of the institute's business schools in 16 locations across the country.

"We have admitted 50 students in the first batch here. In the next 2-3 years, I see this school admitting 100-150 students," said Mr Subhash Sarnikar, Vice-Chancellor of ICFAI University here at a press conference.

He said selection of the students for the MBA programme will be through an all India entrance examination and interviews.

ICFAI charges a fee of Rs 3.5-4 lakh for the MBA programme.
