Karnataka: Sick SSIs asked to submit info

Our Bureau

MANGALORE: The Kanara Small Industries Association (KSIA), Mangalore, has asked the sick small-scale industrial (SSI) units to send their names and details to the Association.

A press release by its President, Mr Jayaraj Pai, said that the details would be sent to State-level banking committee (SLBC) through Karnataka Small Scale Industries Association (KASSIA).

The SLBC meeting on April 18 had observed that credit flow to sick SSIs is low, he added.
