D-Link Holding acquires shares in Indian entity

Mumbai , June 7

D-LINK Holding Mauritius acquired a total of 28,158 shares from the open market on June 4, according to a notice given by D-Link (India) Ltd to the Exchange.

The transaction is part of the proposed increase of foreign equity of D-link Corporation, Taiwan, and its subsidiaries in D-Link (India).

In a letter, dated January 15, the Foreign Investment Promotion Board unit and the Department of Economic Affairs had approved the proposal, the notice said.

The total shareholding of D-Link Corporation, Taiwan, and its subsidiaries has increased to 1,08,98,437 from 1,08,70,279.

The percentage has increased to 36.32 per cent from 36.22 per cent. D-Link Holding Mauritius holds 1,08,98,437 shares, which accounts for 36.32 of the share.
