Manoj Vaish quits as BSE chief

Mumbai , June 14

DR Manoj Vaish, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Stock Exchange, Mumbai (BSE) has resigned.

The governing board of the exchange at its meeting held on Monday accepted the resignation of Dr Vaish, who has expressed his desire to demit office for pursuing career and professional interests, BSE said in a statement.

The resignation comes into effect from end of September 2004.
