Rajasthan Spinning allots equity shares

Mumbai , June 15

RAJASTHAN Spinning & Weaving Mills Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that pursuant to the approval of the company's board in their meeting held on April 29, 2004, and subsequent approval by the shareholders in their extraordinary general meeting held on May 29, the board has allotted 20,35,958 equity shares of Rs 10 each at Rs 43 per share (Rs 10 as face value and Rs 33 as premium) in their meeting held on June 11.
