Advertising O&M makes another 360 degrees move with two promotions Our Bureau
Mumbai , June 15 O&M has announced two promotions, reinforcing the management's commitment to manage its business in a cross-discipline manner and focus all units of the business on the full communications needs of the clients. In Mumbai, Ms Nishi Suri has been promoted to Group Head for all the Mumbai-based businesses. Previously she was head of O&M Advertising in the city. Discipline heads in the city will move to a full matrix-management structure, reporting to Ms Suri and to their specialist leaders in the market. (Ms Suri was announced as one of the top 10 women in Indian advertising in a recently published survey.) In Delhi, Mr Sanjay Thapar will assume a similar role. He takes over from the long-term office head, Ms Vibha Desai. Ms Desai is moving on to pursue her personal interests. These two promotions reflect the success of the 360-degree management concept in the four other cities where O&M has offices. The Executive Chairman, Mr Piyush Pandey, said: "We are very happy to see these two promotions happen. It's always great to see such talented people get the rewards they deserve, and it's also a clear endorsement of the success of our 360-degree brand building belief." He added: "We are also deeply grateful to Vibha for her contribution towards making our Delhi office one of our flagships and for establishing the 360° model. We wish her happiness and success in all walks of life."
