AirTel service counter in Kochi

KOCHI: Mobile phone operator, AirTel, on Thursday said it is opening a value added service counter at its office here, where the customers would get a hands-on experience of features such as GPRS, MMS and internet through mobile.

This counter will act as a window facilitating customers to get a feel of the technology and also get them activated. AirTel plans to roll out many more such counters soon at various points and other areas of customer access.
