BoB to open China office on June 28

Mumbai , June 24

BANK of Baroda will flag of its operations in China on June 28 with a representative office in Guangzhou.

Guangzhou is on the coast of the South China Sea and 182 km away from Hong Kong.

The bank is also going to open a representative office in Kuala Lumpur, and fully-owned subsidiary in Tanzania in the next few months.

It has got the RBI nod to open Offshore Banking Unit in Singapore, representative office in Bangkok, and a branch in Houston.
