Healthcare expo next month in Hyderabad

Our Bureau

HYDERABAD: A three-day healthcare exhibition will begin at the Hitex expo facility on the outskirts of the city on July 16.

"The expo will showcase medical services and healthcare products," Mr P. J. Kishore, President of Divine Healing Healthcare Society, told newspersons.

As a follow-up, the company will hold a one-day health seminar on September 12. "We have prepared a list of eight health-related issues for discussion at the seminar. The topics include health, stress management and fitness," he said.

"Our objective is to educate the people on various aspects of healthcare service. Every consumer in need of a health service could collect the relevant information from various sources and approach the service provider concerned only after he/she is convinced of the technical capabilities," Mr Kishore said. "An interesting aspect of the expo will be free consultancy services from the exhibitors," he said.

The company has plans to make the expo an annual event. "Also, we will explore opportunities to organise similar event in other cities," he added.
