Canara Bank managers' meet in Hubli

MANGALORE: Canara Bank held branch managers conference of Dharwad, Gadag, Haveri and Belgaum districts in Hubli recently.

A bank release said here on Saturday that the objective of the conference was to give finishing touch to the business strategies for 2004-05. The Deputy General Manager, Mr M. Akshaya Kumar, urged the managers to channelise more credit to retail banking schemes.

The General Manager, Mr R.K. Madhukar, inaugurated the meet. Mr Damodar Shenoy, Deputy General Manager, was present.
