BANGALORE: Sensors-maker Opto Circuits Ltd said its net profit for the financial year 2003-04 leapt 76 per cent to Rs 13.02 crore and revenue increased to Rs. 58.52 crore, up by 54 per cent.

The company announced a 30 per cent dividend and bonus of three shares for every 10 fully paid-up equity shares.

Opto Circuits reported its net profit for the last quarter (January-March period) was Rs. 3.66 crore over revenue of Rs 19.09 crore for the same period.
