D-Link Q4 net up at Rs 7.5 cr; to pay 40 pc final

Mumbai , June 29

THE board of directors of D-Link India Ltd has recommended a final dividend of 40 per cent.

The company posted a net profit of Rs 7.5 crore for the quarter-ended March 31, 2004 as compared with Rs 7.1 crore in the same period the previous year. Total income (net of excise) has increased to Rs 69.9 crore (Rs 61.3 crore) during the fourth quarter-ended March 31, 2004.

It posted a net profit of Rs 31.3 crore for the year-ended March 31, 2004 as against a net profit of Rs 22.1 crore (March 31, 2003). Total income (net of excise) has increased to Rs 228.10 crore (Rs 192.10 crore) during the year-ended March 31, 2004.

The consolidated results for D-Link Group has posted a net profit after adjustments of Rs 31.1 crore (Rs 22.10 crore) for the year-ended March 31, 2004.
