Peopleone centre in Vizag

VISAKHAPATNAM: Peopleone Consulting, a HR solutions company, launched its operations through a franchisee centre here on Wednesday.

On the occasion, Mr Sudhakar Balakrishnan, CEO, said Vizag being a major industrial centre and emerging IT hub, the company chose to start its operations here. It will open its next branch in the State in Vijayawada and 20 more centres are being planned in the country, he said.

Mr Balakrishnan said despite some restrictions in the US, the outsourcing business is not seriously affected. "It is not a temporary boom. The IT sector and ITES hold great promise and potential. India will continue to be one of the major players," he said.

The centre, which was inaugurated by Mr P. Ramesh Kumar, Development Commissioner, Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone,headed by Mr Praveen Sankhla.
