Apollo Hospitals posts Rs 37-cr annual net

Chennai , June 30

APOLLO Hospitals recorded a profit after tax of Rs 37 crore in 2003-04, up by 35 per cent in relation to the previous year's profit of Rs 27 crore.

The company's board recommended a dividend of 35 per cent for each equity share (face value Rs 10).

Apollo registered a total income of Rs 499 crore (Rs 448 crore) in 2003-04, higher by 11 per cent.

In the fourth quarter of 2003-04, Apollo registered a profit after tax of Rs 8.8 crore (Rs 7.2 crore) on a total income of Rs 133 crore (Rs 117 crore).
