The Hindu Business Line : New tool for BPO units

BANGALORE: Automated Workflow Pvt Ltd, a provider of industry-specific Business Process Management (BPM) solutions, has announced the launch of BPO.Sphere, a solution designed to meet the process automation requirements of BPO companies.

According to a company release. BPO.Sphere addresses the challenges faced by Indian BPO companies by automating processes such as back-end insurance application processing, customer service, and a host of other back-end non-voice-based services.
