MosChip raises Rs 11.7 cr

HYDERABAD: MosChip Semiconductor Technology Ltd has raised Rs 11.7 crore through a rights offer that closed on June 29, according to a company release.

The rights offer issued 33,43,587 equity shares and the company offered shares to part fund its working capital requirements and capital expenditure requirements.

Post the rights offer, the company equity shares will increase from Rs 30.65 crore to Rs 33.99 crore. The issue was lead managed by Karvy Investor Services.
