SIS signs up US hospital

HYDERABAD: Surgical Information Systems (SIS), a provider of perioperative information systems, has announced it has signed its 200th client hospital-- St. John's Hospital in Springfield, Illinois, USA, an affiliate of Hospital Sisters Health System, and expects continued R&D work to its Indian operations based in Hyderabad.

The President and CEO of SIS, Mr Richard L. Jackson, in a statement said: "In 2004, we will continue to place an increased focus on quality design. In support of these objectives, we are significantly investing in R&D, as well as adding new positions to our development and management teams. SIS India has significantly contributed to the overall growth of SIS in its R&D efforts."
