IA cuts fares to Tirupati

HYDERABAD: For pilgrims and travellers to Tirupati from Hyderabad, Indian Airlines (IA) has good news.

The carrier has decided to cut fare by 36 per cent.

From July 16 to October 15, the economy class fare from Hyderabad to Tirupati will be Rs 2,180 (one way), which is 36 per cent less than the normal fare of Rs 3,390.

According to an IA press release, the revised promotional fare of Rs 2,180 will be applicable only in the economy class. Children and infants discounts are also included in the new fare proposed.The IA operates two flights weekly - Thursdays and Saturdays from Hyderabad to Tirupati flying the Airbus A320.
