GOLDSTONE Technologies Ltd, the Hyderabad-based IT and business process outsourcing (BPO) services provider, has announced multi-lingual support capability at its offshore technical support centres to serve its global clients.

The Director and Chief Operating Officer of Goldstone Technologies, Mr K. S. V. Chalapathi Rao, said, "Providing multi-lingual capability from our offshore support centres in India solves an important language support problem for our customers. Today, we offer support services in English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and German, all from the same location that runs 24x7.

"They no longer need to run multiple support centres in locations across countries to cater to local customers or time zones. host of services and deliver offshore-based economies for customers even for non-English technical support services " he explained.
