Marks and Spencer is UK's top retail brand

CONSUMERS in Britian have voted for High Street giant Marks and Spencer as the top retail brand in a research conducted for the Superbrands Organisation's annual `branding Oscars'.

According to the Daily Mail, the retail giant beat supermarket giants like Tesco and ASDA.

Other award winners include British Telecom, Duracell, Heinz, Jaguar, and Gillette, which was voted the consumers' favourite brand in the clothing, household and healthcare product category.
