New chief for Essar Gujarat

AHMEDABAD: Mr Harsh Shah has been appointed as Gujarat's Resident Director of the Essar Group.

Mr Shah replaces Mr R. K. Sukhdevsinghji, who will henceforth be advisor to the Essar Group, based in Mumbai.

Mr Shah, who has worked with various industrial houses in Gujarat, was Director, Edison Jobs Corps Academy,a federal funded organisation under the US Department of Labour. He will be based in Ahmedabad.
