Financial Performance Corporate Results - Software Cranes Soft net up at Rs 8.7 cr Our Bureau
Bangalore , July 22 CRANES Software International Ltd, a scientific and engineering software solutions provider, has reported a net profit of Rs 8.74 crore for the quarter ended June 2004. The net profit on revenues of Rs 27.88 crore (Rs 11.32 crore) was an increase of 138 per cent for the corresponding period of the previous year. The consolidated revenue of CSIL for the first quarter of the current fiscal rose to Rs 36 crore as against Rs 13.56 crore for the corresponding period in 2003 while net profit rose to Rs 9.71 crore (Rs 3.63 crore). The consolidated figure of the group includes that of its subsidiaries Systat Software Inc, US, Systat, UK and Germany, Cranes Software International Plc Ltd and Systat Software Asia Pacific Ltd. On its performance, Mr Asif Khader, Managing Director, CSIL, said several business growth were responsible for the impressive performance. During the quarter, CSIL launched Systat 11, a new version of its flagship product.
