BHEL bags contract

MADURAI: Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd, Tiruchi has secured a contract for setting up five stand-alone solar power plants from the West Bengal Renewable Energy Development Agency.

The plants, valued at Rs 15 crore, are to be installed at the islands of Sundarbans.
