Sierra, RightNow in pact

HYDERABAD: Sierra Atlantic and RightNow Technologies, a company focussed on Customer Relationship Management (CRM), on Friday announced a partnership to provide Global 2000 organisations with integrated CRM solutions.

The partnership enables Global 2000 organisations to leverage RightNow's on-demand customer service solutions in conjunction with other enterprise applications.

The Vice-President of Sierra Optima, Mr Sanjay Khendry, in a statement, said: "RightNow is a powerful platform for improving the quality and efficiency of communication with customers and the openness of its Web-based architecture makes it ideal for integrating customer-facing business processes — in addition to a wide range of back-office tasks."
