THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Great India Tour Company (GITC), part of the Thiruvananthapuram-based Air Travel Enterprises group of companies, has started an office in Mumbai.

It has also entered into a partnership with two destination management companies, Island Holidays and Ajanta Holidays, according to company press release.

The partnership between Island Holidays and GITC will focus on positioning Kerala as an ideal location for shooting films. The two companies will also work to promote Leshan in China's Sichuan province as a tourist destination, the release states.
