Pawan Hans signs pact for Bell copter

NEW DELHI: Pawan Hans Helicopters Ltd, (PHHL) has signed an agreement with Bell Helicopter Asia for purchase of one Bell 407 helicopter. In a statement PHHL has said that the purchase, which is estimated at about Rs 8.5 crore, is to be funded through internal resources.

PHHL hopes to have a fleet of 33 helicopters by the end of December this year with two new Dauphin AS365 N3 helicopters also expected to join the fleet later this year.
