Moschip to hike capital

HYDERABAD: Moschip Semiconductor Technology Ltd has drawn up plans to hike the authorised share capital from Rs 35 crore to Rs 40 crore. It plans to seek shareholders nod at the company AGM, the company told the BSE.

The company board that met here late last month decided to delist from the Hyderabad Stock Exchange.
