THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Asianet Satellite Communications has announced the launch of `Sammana Samridhi', a gift scheme for new and existing subscribers in connection with Onam.

A spokesman said here that the scheme was being designed in a manner that the period of subscription would be the deciding factor for subscribers signing in. Existing ones would make themselves eligible by making lump sum payments for 12, 24 and 36 months.

The gifts include Onam livery, silk saris, travel bags and discount coupons. The festival gifts also include discount on monthly subscriptions and waiver of installation charges, the spokesman said.
