Rice for Kerala school kids

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: As part of an Onam gesture on the part of the Government, 5 kg of rice will be sanctioned free of cost to school children for being included in the noon meal scheme.

Announcing this, the Director of Public Instruction asked headmasters to make arrangements to draw the rice from the Maveli Stores for distribution in the schools.
