Sony sales target for Kerala

KOCHI: Sony India has set a sales target of Rs 22 crore from its consumer electronics goods in Kerala during the Onam festive season ending September.

Mr Rajesh Kumar, Branch Manager, Kerala, said that of the Rs 40 crore sales achieved last year from the State, 45 per cent of the sales accounted from the Onam season. This year also, the company has offered various offers to customers, including scratch and win contest at all Sony authorised dealers from August 10 to September.

The festive month will also see reduced prices of Sony's entire range of WEGA 21 colour TVs. An exhibition of range of products will also be held in Kozhikode, Kannur, Kollam and Kottayam, he said.
