Meet on cotton research in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: A three-day national symposium on `Changing world order - Cotton research, development and policy in context' will be held here beginning on August 10.

The Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University, Cotton Research and Development Association and Indian Seed Industry Association are jointly organising the meet. About 300 delegates from across the country are expected to attend the symposium.

"The meet will focus on issues like breeding, biotechnology, pest and disease management," a university release said.
