KOCHI: A foreign food processing company representatives held first round talks with Kinfra officials for the possibility of investment opportunities in the food processing sector in Kerala. The discussions were focused on the processing and marketing of fruit processing sector.

Gopala Pillai, Managing Director, Kinfra, Mr S Ramnath, CEO, Agency for Development of Food Processing Industries in Kerala, Mr V N P Kaimal, Managing Director, Kinfra Export Promotion Industrial Park, Mr Janardhnan, Assistant Director, Kerala State Agricultural Department, Mr Asok Kumar Thekkan, CEO of Vegetable and Fruit Promotion Council, Kerala, Mr Bibin Deo, representative from Agricultural Processed Food Products Export Development Authority, New Delhi participated in the discussions.
