Chennai , Aug. 12

STYLE Spa Furniture Ltd (SSFL) has launched a new range which reflects the company's (formerly known as Gautier) shift from French-style products to those following global trends.

Addressing newspersons at the Lifestyle Show 2004 of which Style Spa, along with The Hindu Metro Plus, is the title sponsor, Mr Arun Mahajan, Managing Director, SSFL, said the products were customised to Indian needs and sensibilities even as they were in tandem with global trends.

The company is looking at a turnover of Rs 75 crore this fiscal. It earned Rs 60 crore the previous year. The Royale Living Room range is priced between Rs 20,000 and Rs 40,000, the Madrid Bedroom range between Rs 9,000 and Rs 35,000 and entertainment centres from Rs 10,000 to Rs 30,000. Other products include bar units and kitchen trolleys.

Mr Mahajan said 65 per cent of Style Spa's turnover came from bedroom furniture.

The furniture retail chain has 55 stores across the country and plans to increase the number to 70 by the end of this fiscal.
