BSNL releases 67,000 SIM cards in Kerala

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd, Kerala Circle, has released 67,000 `Excel' prepaid SIM cards for customers who had made the booking during March this year.

According to Mr K. V. Balasubramanian, General Manager, BSNL Mobile Services, customers can collect these SIM cards from the respective booking centres from August 16.

With this, the Kerala Circle has cleared a waiting list of 1.77 lakh applications out of bookings of 2.1 lakh received. The rest of the waiting list will be released before Onam, according to Mr Balasubramanian.
