Rural farm kiosks planned in Kerala

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Agriculture Department has decided to set up rural farm kiosks as part of its `Kisan Kerala' project.

The first phase of the programme will be implemented in 10 Krishi Bhavans in Thiruvananthapuram district, an official spokesman of the Farm Information Bureau announced here. The State-level inauguration of the rural Kisan Farm kiosks would be held at the Kazhakkoottam Model Floriculture Centre. The Information Minister, M.M. Hassan, would inaugurate the kiosks.
