HYDERABAD: Infotech Enterprises Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the company's annual general meeting has approved the issue of 9.25 lakh equity shares under stock option scheme to the employees. The AGM held late last month also approved the issue of 50,000 equity shares to the employees of Infotech Enterprise Europe Ltd under ESOS (employee stock option scheme), one lakh equity shares to the employees of Infotech Software Solutions Inc, US, 50,000 equity shares to the employees of Vargis LLC US, and 25,000 equity shares to the employees of Advanced Graphic Software GmbH.
