`IA provides better connectivity'

MANGALORE: Indian Airlines (IA) is providing better connectivity to remote places in India, according to the Area Marketing Manager of IA, Mangalore, Mr Nagesh Shetty.

A press release by the Department of Business Administration of Mangalore University said here on Saturday that Mr Shetty was speaking at the inauguration of the Tourism Club of Master of Tourism Administration (MTA) in Mangalore recently. Reviewing the current civil aviation scenario in the country, Mr Shetty said that privatisation of airports will help in increasing the tourism potential of the country.
