The Hindu Business Line : ISO certification awarded for Saj Flight Services

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Saj Flight Services has been awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certification by the Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand.

Announcing this, a spokesman claimed that Saj had now become the only in-flight catering company in the country to get both the ISO 9001 certificate and the HACCP certifications.

Having started operations from Thiruvananthapuram in 1982, Saj has since expanded business to Kochi, Kozhikode, Bangalore, Chennai and New Delhi. The International Flight Catering Association (IFCA), England, selected it for the Global Mercury Award 2003 while IFCA of the US gave away the Onboard Services Emerald Award early this year.
