GTL convertible bonds

MUMBAI: GTL Ltd has issued $64.5-million, 61-month and one per cent coupon convertible bonds to overseas investors.

According to the company's notification to the Bombay Stock Exchange, GTL has successfully completed an international issue of 8,000 foreign currency convertible bonds of 10,000 Swiss francs each (total of 80 million Swiss francs).The GTL issue was launched in the Swiss capital market on August 17 and concluded on August 20.
