D-Link CMD raises stake

MUMBAI: Mr K. R. Naik, Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director of D-Link (India) Ltd, has acquired 14,240 equity shares of the company from the open market during the weekend of August 20, 2004.

According to the company notification to the BSE , the total shareholding of the core promoters - namely Mr. K.R.Naik and his family members - has increased to 78,15,528 equity shares and the percentage is 26.04 per cent of the total paid-up capital.
