i-flex board meeting

MUMBAI: i-flex Solutions Ltd will hold its board of directors meeting on August 31 to consider to offer and allot up to 98,000 warrants to IBM Global Services Pvt Ltd.

The meeting will also consider allotment of shares to eligible employees under Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS), according to a company notification to the BSE.
